Framed Florets Christmas Card

It's time for me to get started on making my Christmas cards for this year. Christmas is only two months away and I'm way behind this year!

I thought it would be fun to make a Christmas card using the Fitting Florets Collection that will be available to customers starting November 1, 2022 through January 4, 2023. The Fitting Florets DSP, gold adhesive-backed swirls, and the Framed & Festive stamp set will be available while supplies last. The Framed Florets stamp set and dies will be in the new January - June 2023 mini catalog.

Tea Boutique Cards

I used the Tea Boutique cards and envelopes (159270) and decorated them with the Tea Boutique designer series paper (158659) to make these lovely cards to put in a decorated box. They will make wonderful gifts for your friends and family members for their birthday or Christmas.

I demonstrated all four card designs on my YouTube channel and will list the supplies I used I will also list the basic sizes, but you can adjust them to fit the DSP you are using. Use whatever ribbon and bling you have that will coordinate with the DSP you are using.

Tea Boutique Box of Cards

I'm making boxes to hold the Tea Boutique cards. The card stock for the box needs to be 11"x 8'1/4". On the 11" side of the card stock score on the following measurements: 4-1/2"; 5-1/4"; 9-3/4"; and 10-1/2". On the 8-1/4" side score on the following: 3/4"; 6-3/4"; and 7-1/2".

You will need (2) 5-3/4"x 4-1/4" pieces of DSP and (2) 5-3/4"x 1/2". The band across the front of the box is 4-1/4"x 1". The stamp set I used is called Fancy Phrases, but is retired.

Hues of Happiness Card

I decided it was time to make another card using the Hues of Happiness designer series paper. I used the Blossoming Happiness Dies to cut out these flowers and leaves from the DSP and then arranged them in a bouquet on the front of my card. There are several colors of flowers to choose from so each card can have a different color combination of blossoms.

It has been a very busy September. I went camping on Labor Day weekend. My great granddaughter was born right after that and then my husband and I went to Washington to visit some of his family. Our intention was to stay the weekend, but we ended up being gone almost a week because we were having issues with our truck. We finally made it home. My husband's 45 year class reunion was the following Saturday and then I spent some time with the new baby. I've had a very busy first two weeks of this month.

Paper Pumpkin Alternative-Aug 2022

I absolutely love this Paper Pumpkin kit. It requires very little stamping to make some beautiful cards straight out of the box. If you want to think outside the box, here is a card that I made using some of the supplies that are included in the kit as well as some additional materials.  I cut up the envelopes and the card bases so I could make more than just nine cards.

Ranunculus Romance Card

I've been wanting to create something with this stamp set ever since I first saw it. Here is the card I came up with using only stamps, dies, ink, and paper. I didn't use any designer series paper. I used several stamp sets only because I was looking for a particular sentiment for a thank you card. If the sentiments on this stamp set work for you, then you don't need all the ones I listed. If you already have a stamp set with dottage, then you don't need the Quiet Meadow stamp set.
