Hues of Happiness Card

I decided it was time to make another card using the Hues of Happiness designer series paper. I used the Blossoming Happiness Dies to cut out these flowers and leaves from the DSP and then arranged them in a bouquet on the front of my card. There are several colors of flowers to choose from so each card can have a different color combination of blossoms.

It has been a very busy September. I went camping on Labor Day weekend. My great granddaughter was born right after that and then my husband and I went to Washington to visit some of his family. Our intention was to stay the weekend, but we ended up being gone almost a week because we were having issues with our truck. We finally made it home. My husband's 45 year class reunion was the following Saturday and then I spent some time with the new baby. I've had a very busy first two weeks of this month.

Paper Pumpkin Alternative-Aug 2022

I absolutely love this Paper Pumpkin kit. It requires very little stamping to make some beautiful cards straight out of the box. If you want to think outside the box, here is a card that I made using some of the supplies that are included in the kit as well as some additional materials.  I cut up the envelopes and the card bases so I could make more than just nine cards.

Ranunculus Romance Card

I've been wanting to create something with this stamp set ever since I first saw it. Here is the card I came up with using only stamps, dies, ink, and paper. I didn't use any designer series paper. I used several stamp sets only because I was looking for a particular sentiment for a thank you card. If the sentiments on this stamp set work for you, then you don't need all the ones I listed. If you already have a stamp set with dottage, then you don't need the Quiet Meadow stamp set.

Wonderful World Cards #6 & #7

One of my subscribers asked me to demonstrate how I made card #6, so I recorded a video showing you how I created it. I also created card #7, which used the small flowers in the Wonderful World DSP. I'm so sad that this DSP sold out so quickly, but that's what happens when it is so beautiful.

Both cards are easy to make and require very little stamping. You could use this layout with DSP or use a stamp set that has small images. Below is a link to the YouTube video that will help you create this card.

Wonderful World Bouquet Cards

I created these cards using the Wonderful World DSP. There are two 12x12 sheets of large flowers. I fussy cut them out and then arranged them in these beautiful bouquets.

Abigail Rose Card #1

This beautiful designer series paper had no color on it so I used several Stampin' Blends and gave it a big splash of color. I then added some dottage to fill in the empty places between the flowers. I cut a 3-3/4" square and then cut that square into 1-7/8" squares. I made sure to keep the orientation of each square in the right order when I glued it to the Basic Black 4" square piece of card stock.
