Tidings of Christmas Card

My favorite cards are the ones I create for Christmas. Stampin' Up has some really beautiful designer series paper, stamps, and dies that make it easy for me to create them. 

I used the Tidings of Christmas DSP because the beautiful papers coordinate so well together. I added a touch of gold and a poinsettia flower to complete this card.

Heartwarming Hugs Christmas Card

 

I was so happy when I saw the Heartwarming Hugs DSP in the July-December 2021 Mini Catalog because I still had some left over from last year that I wanted to use. I really like this DSP because the different patterns can be used together or with other DSP that matches the colors in it.

I used three different patterns of paper along with some red velvet paper flowers die cut from the Poinsettia dies. I am pleased with the result and plan on creating more with some of the other papers in this collection of DSP.

Snowflake Friendship Card

I thought this stamp set had a really nice friendship sentiment so I decided to make this card into a winter theme. I did use a retired die set for part of the snowflakes, but it isn't really necessary. You could use the larger snowflakes that come with the So Many Snowflake Dies or use white embossing powder on some of the snowflakes in the Snowflake Wishes stamp set.

We don't usually get much snow here in Deadwood, Oregon, but we have had some beautiful snowfalls in the past. So I'm sending you "Snowflake Wishes" and hope that this season "Sparkles" for you.

Merriest Moments Christmas Card

 

Christmas is a wonderful time of year when we can enjoy spending time with our family and friends. Giving handmade Christmas cards shows them how special they are to you.

Blossoms In Bloom Get Well Card

I created this card using the free Bedazzling DSP. Unfortunately this is no longer available. The free Sale-A-Bration items are always "While Supplies Last" even though, as of the posting of this video, this Sale-A-Bration period hasn't ended yet. We are always sad when this happens, but sometimes the items are so popular that they disappear quickly.

I said in my video that I used Polished Pink Ink refill in the spritzer, but it was actually Flirty Flamingo Ink refill. Sorry for the confusion.

Love & Joy Christmas Card

I love using the free Bedazzling DSP! It is a challenge to die cut with the intricate dies, but is well worth the extra effort. I filled one of the Stampin' Spritzers with 70% alcohol and four drops of Shaded Spruce re-inker. Then I took a piece of the 6x6 Bedazzling DSP outside and sprayed it until it took on a lovely shade of Shaded Spruce. After letting it dry, I used the Christmas Pinecone die to cut it out. Wow! I love the green sparkle on this card.
