Trifold Card With Pocket

I created this card to show you how to use your DSP to create some beautiful cards with a pocket inside to put a gift card or check in. I got the inspiration from Rachel Tessman, but decided to add my own touches for this card.

I used the Daffodil Afternoon 12"x12" DSP and the Simply Marbleous 6"x6" DSP to create this card. Paper Pumpkin Alternative - Jan. 2022

 

One of my YouTube subscribers asked me to do a video on how to make this particular card using some of the products from the January 2022 Paper Pumpkin. I prefer using smaller hearts rather than the large heart cards included in the kit. The heart cards are cute, but I like the standard A2 size card format.

I show a couple more cards in my video using this idea. I also decorated a box that is in the mini catalog on page 9 using the inside of the envelope. You could use the Sweet Talk designer series paper that is on page 9 also. Your options are pretty much endless.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year everyone! I'm so sorry that I haven't posted anything for a while. I was super busy with the holidays and then we had no power for several days. To top it off, I fell last week and banged up my knee pretty bad. I have been icing it with bags of snow in an effort to get the swelling down. It is several lovely shades of purple, blue, and green and still swollen. I will try to get some videos posted soon, but it is hard for me to sit at my crafting table for very long. I like to keep my leg elevated whenever possible and I just don't have room at my table. Thank you so much for your understanding.
