Awash in Beauty Card #2

Here is card #2 using the Awash in Beauty designer series paper. This card uses the True Beauty stamp set and the Organic Beauty dies for the rose in the center. I wanted to incorporate the True Beauty bundle in this card design to show you how well the paper goes with the stamp set.

I also did some blending on the rose to get the center to be a little darker than the outer edges.  If you would like me to do a video on this technique, please let me know and I would be happy to do a special video demonstrating it for you. You can also brush some Wink of Stella on the rose and the leaves to make them shimmer. Click on the link below and it will take you to my tutorial. Have a blessed day and have fun stamping!

Awash in Beauty Card #1

Hello everyone! I decided it was time to use some designer series paper from the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog. This beautiful floral DSP makes gorgeous cards that are simple and easy to put together. All you need to make this card is stamps, ink, paper and one die.

I have to admit that I cut up my Butterfly Brilliance stamp set as well as the Butterfly Wings dies. I found them more useful to me as individual butterflies rather than one large stamp. You don't have to, but it can be done very carefully.

Have a blessed day and have fun stamping!

Flowering Tulips Double Embossed Card

As promised, this is the third card in my series using the Flowering Fields DSP. I only used a small strip for the outside and a small strip for the inside on this card. One of the main features on this card is the embossing and the other is the stamped and die cut tulip. In my video I show you how to emboss with two different embossing folders for a unique look. I also show you how to stamp the tulip using the two step method.

I hope you found my series helpful and that you have a blessed day!

Flowering Fields Card

Here is the second card in my series using the Flowering Fields DSP. This card is so easy that you can make several of them in no time at all. You can use different sentiments, or make them all the same if you want. You can use this layout with some of the other paper in this set. I also wanted to show you some different sentiments that would fit in the circles from the Picture This Dies.

Have fun creating and have a blessed day!

Flowering Fields Best Wishes Card

I'm so sad to see this designer series paper retire, because it is so beautiful. This is the first in a series of three videos I'm doing using this DSP so I can show you some simple ways to use it. I like to make clean and simple cards so anyone can recreate them. Sometimes I will create a more complicated card, but I actually prefer making the simple ones.

I hope you are having fun creating and that you have a blessed day.

Sun Prints Thank You Card

I'm back after a wonderful vacation with my children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. The time with them went by way too fast and I miss them already.

I decided to make a very simple thank you card using products from the 2022-2023 annual catalog. I will have five smaller circles left over to use on some other cards, because I only used the largest one on this card. I will see what I can come up with and share it with you on next week's video.

Have a blessed day and have fun stamping!
